The Untokening has been made possible by the support of sponsors and individual donors committed to advancing the conversation around mobility equity in a new way: a way that centers the knowledge and leadership of community-based advocates who are truly embedded in the communities that have been historically disinvested and overlooked.

Their financial support has provided more than two dozen scholarships and travel stipends each year to advocates who do this work, organizing out of passion and moral obligation, and who are not paid to do so professionally. It has also underwritten registration costs to keep the event affordable to many who are often shut out of these types of conversations because of conference fees.
